Cretacolor Specialty Pencils

Cretacolor Copy Pencils feature colour strips for permanent marking of any absorbent surface with an indelible mark which is water-soluble but remains resistant to most solvents. They are often referred to as a bottle of ink in a pencil as its mark cannot be completely erased. This feature is used by artists and designers for outlining a design on paper then over-painting with a water based background colour. Because the colour strip is water-soluble the pencil markings will bleed through an opaque colour to disclose the original lettering or design for completion.

Cretacolor All Marking Pencils feature a unique colour strip that is formulated from oils, waxes plus intense pigments to produce rich, waterproof and lightfast colours that will adhere to all smooth surfaces including glass, plastic, china, and metals. Suitable for writing on whiteboards, glazed ceramics, laminated documents, plastic pockets and most items with a smooth, hard surface.
